  Neurodiversity\, discrimination\, reasonable accommodation and disproport
 ionate burden \n\n \n\n This seminar will address neurodiversity and discr
 imination in employment equality law. It will consider relevant legislatio
 n and caselaw from Ireland\, EU and other jurisdictions on issues such as 
 the definition of disability\, provision of reasonable accommodation and t
 he interaction with disproportionate burden in reasonable accommodation. I
 t will also consider how case law from abroad could be dealt with under th
 e Irish and EU law\, including examples of good employment practices in th
 e context of neurodiversity from other jurisdictions. \n\n At the end of t
 he presentation\, participants will\; \n\n  \n* Understand the key legisla
 tive provisions relating to neurodiversity and discrimination in Ireland a
 nd the EU. \n\n  \n* Have knowledge of international case law of significa
 nce. \n\n  \n* Be able to consider how relevant international resources ca
 n devise good practice for employees and employers working with neurodiver
