 on\, we'll set aside dashboards and metrics and focus on how data feels\, 
 by building with LEGO. \n\n Together\, we will: \n\n \n Explore the value 
 of data in service design \n Analyse small real‑world datasets \n Transl
 ate insights into visual stories \n Build a LEGO model that represents wha
 t the data reveals about user needs \n \n\n You’ll leave with practical 
 tools for data storytelling\, a clearer sense of how to combine numbers an
 d narratives\, and most importantly\, a memorable brick-building experienc
 e. \n\n No data or design experience required. Just curiosity. \n\n Speake
 r Bios \n\n Kim Anderson\, Director of Curriculum\, Accreditation and Part
 nerships \n\n Kim (she/her) is an Abertay and University of Dundee graduat
 e based in Arbroath. She is Director of Curriculum\, Accreditation and Par
 tnerships at SDA\, a published author\, and accessibility geek. Kim suppor
 ts a community garden project in Arbroath that aims to engage local people
  and groups to get active\, build connections and improve well-being. \n\n
  Connor Finlayson\, Director (Digital\, Design\, and Experience) \n\n Conn
 or Finlayson (they/them) is studying MSc Applied Artificial Intelligence a
 nd User Experience at Abertay\, supported by the Data Lab Academy. Based i
 n Dundee\, they are a DJCAD graduate\, Director of Digital\, Design\, and 
 Experience at SDA\, Freelance Design Educator at V&amp\;A Dundee\, and loc
 al consumer of coffee\, creativity\, and sunshine. \n\n About The Service 
 Design Academy \n\n Service Design Academy helps people and organisations 
 build the practical skills they need to solve problems and create services
  that work better for everyone. We focus less on design jargon and glossy 
 outputs\, but more on building confident people who can collaborate\, thin
 k critically\, and drive meaningful change. \n\n Our learning experiences
