With a degree in Informatics Engineering (equivalent to the B ologna Master’s degree) from the Department of Informatics Engineering o f the University of Coimbra\, he has been working as a Java Developer for 10 years in business areas like Finance\, Insurance and Government. \n\n R oberto works with many Java based technologies like JavaEE\, Spring\, Hibe rnate\, GWT\, JBoss AS and Maven just to name a few\, always relying on In telliJ IDEA\, which he says is his favourite IDE. \n\n As a Freelancer / I ndependent Contractor he travels the world to customers\, but also to spea k at Java conferences.
