\n\n Simon presented... \n\n Do You Really Get Class Loaders \n\n and \n\
n Productive and Effective Development with Spring and Java EE \n\n Doors
Open 18:15 (evening session) \n\n .\nSimon is an experienced speaker\, hav

\n\n . \n\n Do You Really Get Class Loaders \n\n Class loaders are at the
core of the Java language. Java EE containers\, OSGi\, NetBeans modules\,
Tapestry 5\, Grails\, and many others use class loaders heavily. Yet if s
omething went wrong\, would you know how to solve it? \n\n This session ta
kes a tour of the Java class loading mechanism\, from both the JVM and dev
eloper points of view. \n\n It looks at typical class loading problems and
how to solve them. ClassNoDefError\, IncompatibleClassChangeError\, Linka
geError\, and many others are symptoms of specific things going wrong that
you can usually find and fix. \n\n For each problem\, the presentation go
es through a hands-on demo with a corresponding solution. It also takes a
look at how and why class loaders leak and how you can remedy that. \n\n P
roductive and Effective Development with Spring and Java EE \n\n This live
coding session shines some light on a range of productivity tools that ma
ke software development a pleasure rather than a chore. \n\n Simon will li
ve-code two applications. The first\, a Java EE application with JBoss For
ge that uses JPA\, Bean Validation\, REST\, and Angular\, is tested with A
rquillian from within JBoss Forge. You’ll see how a Java EE microservice
can be developed in Forge and run with JBoss Swarm. \n\n The second appli
cation is developed on Spring Boot\, and you’ll see how to develop and r
un a Spring application with JRebel. You’ll learn how to write code prod
uctively with tools designed for developers. \n\n . \n\n REGISTRATION NOTE
