 an opportunity to attend the Royal Commission’s Christmas Lecture in Ban
 gor\, north Wales. This talk will be given by Louise Barker and Daniel Hun
 t (CHERISH\, RCAHMW) with Sarah Davies and Patrick Robson (CHERISH\, Abery
 stwyth University: Department of Geography and Earth Sciences) and Dave Ho
 pewell (Gwynedd Archaeological Trust). As part of the CHERISH–Climate Ch
 ange and Coastal Heritage project–exciting new investigations are uncove
 ring the secrets of Dinas Dinlle hillfort before it is lost to the sea.  T
 he talk will reveal highlights from their recent work\, including the 2019
  excavations which uncovered one of the largest and best-preserved roundho
 uses in North Wales. Free admission by ticket.  \n\n Please note that this
  lecture will also be given at 5pm on 5 December in Aberystwyth. \n
