iss \n\n Security is a mindset and should not be left just to the security
experts. The little mistakes in your code or laziness in your approach ca
n lead to some significant issues if someone on the outside finds them. Us
ing a Node\, Express and MongoDB app as an example let me show you some ea
sy mistakes to avoid when building a full-fledged application. \n\n As thi
s is a broad topic\, I will try to cover some use cases from each area of
development\, so it is relevant for everyone. I will include the following
areas:\n- Front-end with React\n- Restful API with Express and NodeJS\n-
Database with MongoDB\n- Cloud Deploy with AWS \n\n About Alexander \n\n O
ver the last ten years\, I have built systems from its infancy as well as
salvaged the code of others to create something worthwhile. Systems archit
ecture is where my strengths lay\, and I have utilised these skills countl
ess times to ensure my team\, and I are heading in the right direction. \n
\n Throughout my career\, I have overseen a variety of teams\; from design
\, web to native mobile app developers. I worked side by side with my team
members creating apps and web applications for startups and businesses\,
having scaled more than 20 projects I have learnt the do's and dont's of p
roject architecture\, scaling and team development. \n\n I am currently th
e CTO at ClimateClever working hard to help schools and communities to red
uce their carbon footprint\, and indirectly their bills. My current tech s
 tack is Node.js\, Express.js\, Mongo.DB\, AWS and React. \n
