 ast branch is delighted to be able to offer an in-person\, interactive one
  day antenatal class to local parents in the Dublin South East region. Thi
 s workshop is partly subsidised by the National Lottery and will be hosted
  by Fidelma Whelan\, Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland Educator. \n\n This class w
 ill help you and your birth partner to prepare for a positive birth\, boos
 t your confidence and support you in making informed decisions for birth a
 nd early parenting. In order to optimise your learning\, groups are small 
 (maximum 8 couples/pairs) which allows our teachers to tailor the class to
  your individual needs. Everyone has time to get their questions answered 
 and to practice skills needed for labour and early parenthood. \n\n Highli

 basics\n* and lots\, lots more! \n\n All attendees will receive an annual
