 ch is delighted to be able to offer an in-person\, interactive one day ant
 enatal class to local parents in the North Wicklow region. This workshop i
 s partly subsidised and will be hosted by Aoife Clifford\, Cuidiú Antenat
 al Ireland Educator and Cuidiú breastfeeding counsellor.  \n\n This class
  will help you and your birth partner to prepare for a positive birth\, bo
 ost your confidence and support you in making informed decisions for birth
  and early parenting. In order to optimise your learning\, groups are smal
 l (maximum 8 couples/pairs) which allows our teachers to tailor the class 
 to your individual needs. Everyone has time to get their questions answere
 d and to practice skills needed for labour and early parenthood. \n\n High
 lights of the class:\n \n* Informed decision making\n* Role of the partner
 \n* Pain relief options\n* Relaxation and breathing techniques\n* Comfort 
 measures\n* Positions for labour and birth that reduce pain and risk of la
 bour stalling\n* Medical Interventions (e.g. induction\, caesarean)\n* Ear
 ly days with your newborn/ infant care\n* Postpartum care and breastfeedin
 g basics\n* and lots\, lots more! \n\n All attendees will receive an annua
