 ly Drop-In Creativity Practice Sessions. \n\n During her spring residency 
 at the Centre for Creative Technologies\, Jane is offering these free week
 ly sessions\, drawing on her strong Deep Listening practice influenced by 
 composer and musician Pauline Oliveros. Over the coming months\, she aims 
 to cultivate a gentle and generous creative process for herself and to wel
 come others into that exploration. \n\n The sessions will focus on:\n• E
 mbodiment exercises\n• Listening meditations\n• Group improvisation \n
 \n No previous experience or musical background is required.\nParticipants
  are encouraged to bring a pen and a notebook. \n\n Sessions are open to m
 embers of the university community as well as the public.\nPlease get in t
 ouch if you have any questions. \n\n Directions:\nCCT Studio 3 in located 
 within the O'Donoghue Centre for Drama\, Theatre and Performance on the So
 uth Campus of the University of Galway\, adjacent to Áras na Mac Léinn a
