 int Your Bump for Maternal Mental Health event.   Sandy\, Ceara and Eleano
 r will talk and hold the conversation around all things Matresence: The Bi
 rth of The Mother\, alongside discussing your expectations of becoming a m
 other\, and provide useful tips around optimising your rest and recovery o
 nce your baba arrives into your world. \n\n The amazing Laura from QuaintB
 aby Ultrasound Art will be one of the artists painting bumps (and Tiger St
 ripes) on the night.  Alongside Laura painting will be the wonderfully tal
 ented Ali Coughlan of CrafTea Parties.  Aoife of Ahimsa Yoga Ireland will 
 be leading us in her beautiful Yoga Nidra bringing us connection\, stillne
 ss and space for our bodies. \nBronwyn and Sharon of hippyandbloom Photogr
 aphy will take photographs and provide the digital images to the pregnant 
 people for no cost!\nThere is a €5 fee per person on the night.  This co
 st is to cover the artist materials\, and a cuppa.  We can't wait to see y
 ou and your bumps to highlight Maternal Mental Health!   \n\n This event i
 s happening in The Martello Bray on 1st May from 6.30pm - 9pm. \n
