 fficer\, COMET \n\n Doug is an engineer by background\, but a frustrated c
 reative at heart. Throughout his career he has adopted and applied design 
 principles to ensure that the delivery of data and processes to those who 
 need to consume it\, leaves the audiences with clarity of complex data\, i
 nformation formats which are engaging\, and the ability to derive actionab
 le intelligence. Doug will share with you a selection of these principles 
 with examples which help understand how we consume data and information mo
 st effectively\, and therefore how to improve engagement and value from wh
 at you create whether it’s a simple table of data or a complex dashboard

 C suggests a small donation to help with charity admin costs\, but if this
  is a barrier please just change the ticket price to what you can afford.

 eans that our disability access is not what we want it to be. If you are u

  for the Zoom session. We are working to improve this but it will take a f
 ew months. \n\n If you select a physical ticket and it happens that we can
 not meet physically you will have to attend the Zoom session. \n\n Those a
 ttending the physical space meetup should attend at 6pm for pizza and drin
 ks. The talk will be from 6.30pm. Doors will be locked from 6.30pm. \n\n *
