 How to use data to understand what users want\, what users say\, and what 
 users do in order to make more informed decisions to provide insight to st
 rategy up to the executive level. There are so many product metrics we cou
 ld be tracking\, but it’s not always clear which ones we should be track
 ing. However\, there are a few metrics that every product leader should ha
 ve on their radar. In this talk\, I will provide examples of how others us
 ing data to build their product and what metrics product leads need to kno
 w.  \n\n Bio: Janny Saevenee is Digital Product Owner at James Fisher Asse
 t Information Services. She helps the product team make a better product b
 y using data-driven instead of gut instinct.  \n\n This event is orgnanise
 d by a charity - Code The City. We are grateful to ScotlandIS for their ge
 nerous sponsorship of the Aberdeen Data Meetups from June 2023 onwards. \n
 \n  \nCTC suggests a small donation to help with charity admin costs\, but
  if this is a barrier please just change the ticket price to what you can 
 afford. \n\n We're now back to running physical events (with an online opt
 ion via Zoom). \n\n If you select a physical ticket and it happens that we
  can not meet physically you will have to attend the Zoom session. If you 
 choose a physical ticket and it goes ahead you will have to comply with an
 y conditions of attendance (eg masks or social distancing) that the venue 
 operators demand at the time. \n\n Those attending the physical space meet
 up should attend at 6pm for pizza and drinks. The talk will be from 6.30pm
 . Doors will be locked from 6.30pm. \n\n **If tickets are sold out please 
 do not attend as you will be refused entry without a ticket. ** \n\n Our b
