 divergence in the workplace\, focusing on employer obligations under equal

 eurodivergence is increasingly recognised within workplaces\, yet many org
 anisations remain uncertain about their legal responsibilities and how to 
 translate compliance into effective practice. \n\n Delivered in partnershi
 p with the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland\, this event will exam
 ine neurodivergence in the workplace through the lens of emerging and rece
 nt case law\, highlighting what legal developments mean for employers\, HR
  professionals\, and equality practitioners. \n\n Alongside the legal pers
 pective\, we will highlight effective organisational approaches for creati
 ng inclusive\, supportive workplaces for neurodivergent employees\, with p
