 , stigma-free support. Learn how employers and colleagues can create a sup
 portive environment that promotes recovery\, resilience\, and overall well
 being. \n\n Domestic Abuse: Recognising and Responding in the Workplace \n
 \n Domestic abuse can have a profound impact on employees’ mental health
 \, safety\, and job satisfaction. Workplaces have a crucial role in offeri
 ng support and creating a safe environment. This session will raise awaren
 ess of domestic abuse\, its workplace impact\, and practical steps employe
 rs and colleagues can take to provide support and foster a culture of safe
 ty and empowerment. \n\n The Parenthood Journey: Fertility\, Adoption and 
 Parental Support \n\n The journey to parenthood is not always a straightfo
 rward one\, and employers have a positive role to play when it comes to su
 pporting their people\, whatever stage of the journey they are on. This se
 ssion will focus on some of challenges employees face\, the role of workpl
 ace support\, and ways to foster an inclusive and understanding environmen
 t. \n\n We'll hear from individuals and companies about what has worked we
 ll as people navigate their way to becoming parents and how they can be su
 pported when parental responsibilities begin. \n\n Mental Health: Every Mi
 nd Matters in the Workplace \n\n Mental health remains one of the biggest

  employers are increasingly aware of the mental wellbeing of their people\
 , but what are the challenges and how can businesses support their people
