 r both. \n\n \n\n Saturday 18 April \n\n Facilitating for Depth: Moving Be
 yond Surface Engagement \n\n 10:00–16:30 \n\n  \nA full-day\, practical 
 workshop focused on a familiar challenge: work that looks engaged but stay
 s on the surface. \n\n The day develops the capacity to recognise when dep
 th is possible\, create the conditions for it\, and sustain it without thi
 ngs tipping into performance\, confusion or inappropriate territory. \n\n 
 Saturday is deliberately small in number to support focused\, practical wo
 rk. \n\n \n\n Sunday 19 April \n\n A Sunday with Your Practice \n\n Steppi
 ng out of the churn\n11:30–15:30 \n\n  \nA slower\, reflective day offer
 ing time and structure to step out of the week-to-week churn and spend a S
 unday alongside your practice. \n\n Neither a training day nor a therapy s
 pace\, the day offers guided reflection and structured conversation to hel
 p you make sense of what you are doing and how it is held. \n\n \n\n Pract
