 o. By purchasing a Hero ticket you can support this goal. \n\n Refunds and
  ticket transfers \n\n Full refunds are available for 14 days after receiv
 ing the final invoice. Partial refunds after this period are still possibl
 e\, for the exact details please refer to our terms and conditions.  \n\n 
 Tickets are only transferable until June 8. \n\n Invoices \n\n Within 14 d
 ays of purchase the final invoice will be sent to the orderer via e-mail. 
  Please note that the invoice always contains the attendee fee and the cat
