 ransfers \n\n Full refunds are available for 14 days after receiving the f
 inal invoice. Partial refunds after this period are still possible\, for t
 he exact details please refer to our terms and conditions.  \n\n Tickets a
 re only transferable until April 23. \n\n Diversity heroes \n\n For many y
 ears now we are supporting members of underrepresented groups who may not 
 otherwise have the opportunity to attend Craft for financial\, social or a
 ny other reasons. This includes (but is not limited to): people of colour\
 , LGBTQIA+ people\, women and disabled people. Our goal for this year is t
 o provide free ticket for 100 people from Europe\, and if necessary suppor
 t their travel and accommodation. By purchasing a diversity hero ticket yo
 u can support this goal. \n\n Invoices \n\n Within 14 days of purchase the
  final invoice will be sent to the orderer via e-mail.  Please note that t
 he invoice always contains the attendee fee and the catering (a mediated s
