 step in their remote work maturity. Join us for the first Boundless online
  meetup on Friday\, June 26th at 2.00 pm (GMT+1)\, where we will host Juli
 e Menge\, HR Operations Lead at Help Scout\, and talk about how companies 
 can become great remote employers. \n\n Julie will share some of the great
  things Help Scout has done as a truly remote-first employer\, and she'll 
 touch on subjects such as: \n\n \n how to show commitment to remote work i
 n your company \n what values and perks are foundational to the greatest r
 emote organisations \n what remote-first companies are pros at\, which new
  companies can learn from \n how to approach compensation for remote worke
 rs in different countries \n how to encourage wider adoption and self-impr
 ovement \n \n\n After Julie’s talk\, we will open the floor to some ques
 tions and then invite attendees to connect and continue the conversation i
 n break out rooms. It’s our mission to bring likeminded people together\
 , so they can collaboratively learn from one another and build lasting con
 nections. Our monthly series of online meetups is just one space to facili
 tate that connection for People Ops professionals. \n\n We will conclude t
 he event by bringing everyone back together for some reflections and infor
 mal chats. \n\n About Julie Menge: Julie has spent the last decade or so w
 orking her way through various human resources roles in the tech industry.
  She's currently running HR operations for Help Scout\, a remote-first com
 pany\, while balancing mom-life and finding time to binge-watch everything
