  so you can make real progress \n An initial 30 minute 1:1 call to identif
 y what you want to achieve\, so the program can be tailored to the needs o
 f the participants. \n 8x fortnightly online group coaching calls of 90 mi
 nutes\, each one dedicated to a different area of team performance\, inclu
 ding reflections and accountability. \n Access to a private space where th
 e group can communicate outside of the coaching sessions. \n Unlimited asy
 nc access to your coach for the duration of the group coaching\, via email
  or slack. \n A wrap-up 30 minute 1:1 call to consolidate your learning an
 d prepare your personal strategy for what’s next. \n \n\n Topics covered
  \n\n \n Performance: what does it mean and how do we measure it \n Team c
 ulture and dynamics: respect\, trust\, cooperation\, feedback culture\, le
