 hop at MozHouse that asks what a healthy public interest tech ecosystem lo
 oks like through a four freedoms framework [connect / collaborate / learn 
 / innovate]. We will break out into groups to share\, discuss and map out 
 best practices for strengthening a community's: \n-  civic talent pipeline
  and fellowship\,\n-  education and training\,\n- advocacy and  research\,
 \n- and civic services and tools  \n\n Learning from one each other's expe
 riences\, we will make recommendations for the future\, and create artifac
 ts to share back our insights at Mozilla Festival over the weekend.  \n\n 
 This event is co-hosted with Sunlight Foundation\, Civic Hall's Civic Tech
  Field Guide. There will be a happy hour directly following the event. Ple
