DESCRIPTION: We are delighted to be able to offer a very interactive antena
 tal workshop to local parents. This workshop will be hosted by Mim Hanan M
 oran. Mim Hanan Moran is a Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland Antenatal Educator\, 
 Registered Doula and Birth Trauma Resolution Practitioner \n\n This class 
 takes place on Saturday 25th of January and runs from 10am to 5 30pm. \n\n
  This class will help you to prepare for birth and early parenting. To opt
 imise your learning\, we keep our groups small (maximum 8 couples) and use
  adult learning techniques. We also tailor our classes to your needs\, so 
 all questions are welcome. \n\n Topics / Areas covered: \n\n \n Preparing 
 your body for labour and birth. \n The signs of labour and how labour 'wor
 ks'. \n When to go into hospital. \n Role of the partner. \n Managing your
  contractions - the medication\, breathing\, relaxation etc. \n Interventi
 ons which may take place (including caesarean section). \n Care of you and
  your baby after birth (including breastfeeding). \n \n\n All attendees wi
 ll receive an annual membership to Cuidiú. \n
