AidEx Nairobi Conference 2025

The AidEx Nairobi conference and exhibition focuses on aid and development within Africa and was launched in 2014 as a satellite to our global event in Geneva. It is a two-day high-profile conference attracting over 500 A&D professionals from East Africa and beyond. The theme for this year’s conference is "Future-Proofing Humanitarian and Development Assistance." East Africa faces a range of crises, including escalating climate vulnerabilities, health emergencies, protracted conflicts, and widespread fragility. The conference will explore these interconnected challenges by emphasising the urgent need for innovative, locally-led, and collaborative approaches to humanitarian and development assistance to foster long-term resilience. 

AidEx Nairobi will take place at the Safari Park Hotel on 11-12 June 2025. The high-level audience attending AidEx Nairobi includes the government of Kenya, UN agencies, donors, Red Cross societies, international and local NGOs, CBOs and the private sector.
