 oup classes tailored specifically to supporting VBAC births. \n\n Our VBAC
  classes provide practical\, evidence-based information to support you in 
 preparing for a vaginal birth after caesarean. You’ll learn about your b
 irth options\, how to advocate for yourself\, and ways to feel confident a
 nd prepared for labour. Small group sizes allow time for discussion and pe
 rsonalised support. \n\n All attendees will receive an annual membership t
 o Cuidiu parent support charity worth €25 www.cuidiu.ie \n\n  \nCancella
 tion notice received 2 weeks prior to the class date will result in a full
  refund of your payment. Cancellations after this timeframe cannot be refu
