 hosted by me Gemma Doyle. I am a Cuidiu Antenatal Ireland Educator and als
 o work as a Birth and Postpartum Doula in the Leinster area. I am excited 
 to be able to offer an in-person\, interactive class to local parents in t
 he area. \n\n  \nThe class will help you and your birth partner to prepare
  for a positive birth\, boost your confidence and support you in making in
 formed decisions for birth and early parenting. In order to optimise your 
 learning\, groups are small which allows me to tailor the class to your in
 dividual needs. Everyone has time to get their individual questions answer
 ed and to practice skills needed for labour and early parenthood. \n\n Som
 e topics covered are: \n\n \n Informed decision making \n Hormones for Bir
 th \n Role of the partner \n Whats happening in Labour \n Signs of labour 
 \n Pain relief options \n Relaxation and breathing techniques \n Comfort m
 easures \n Positions for labour and birth \n Breastfeeding and getting sta
 rted \n Medical interventions and terms (eg. induction\, caesarean) \n Ear
 ly newborn and infant care \n Postpartum care and feeding basics \n And lo
 ts more! \n \n\n All attendees will receive an annual membership to Cuidiu
  parent support charity worth €25 www.cuidiu.ie \n\n  \nCancellation not
 ice received 2 weeks prior to the class date will result in a full refund
