  work as a Birth and Postpartum Doula in the Leinster area. I am excited t
 o be able to offer an in-person\, interactive class to local parents in th
 e area. \n\n  \nThe class will help you and your birth partner to prepare 
 for a positive birth\, boost your confidence and support you in making inf
 ormed decisions for birth and early parenting. In order to optimise your l
 earning\, groups are small which allows me to tailor the class to your ind
 ividual needs. Everyone has time to get their individual questions answere
 d and to practice skills needed for labour and early parenthood. \n\n Some
  topics covered are: \n\n \n Informed decision making \n Hormones for Birt
 h \n Role of the partner \n Whats happening in Labour \n Signs of labour \
 n Pain relief options \n Relaxation and breathing techniques \n Comfort me
 asures \n Positions for labour and birth \n Breastfeeding and getting star
 ted \n Medical interventions and terms (eg. induction\, caesarean) \n Earl
 y newborn and infant care \n Postpartum care and feeding basics \n And lot
 s more! \n \n\n All attendees will receive an annual membership to Cuidiu
