 ed by me Gemma Doyle. I am a Cuidiu Antenatal Ireland Educator and also wo
 rk as a Birth and Postpartum Doula in the Leinster area. I am excited to b
 e able to offer an in-person\, interactive class to local parents in the a
 rea. \n\n One ticket gives access to the class for 2 x people (both the bi
 rthing person and a support person). \n\n The class will help you and your
  birth partner to prepare for a positive birth\, boost your confidence and
  support you in making informed decisions for birth and early parenting. I
 n order to optimise your learning\, groups are small which allows me to ta
 ilor the class to your individual needs. Everyone has time to get their in
 dividual questions answered and to practice skills needed for labour and e
 arly parenthood. \n\n Some topics covered are: \n\n \n Informed decision m
 aking \n Hormones for Birth \n Role of the partner \n Whats happening in L
 abour \n Signs of labour \n Pain relief options \n Relaxation and breathin
 g techniques \n Comfort measures \n Positions for labour and birth \n Brea
 stfeeding and getting started \n Medical interventions and terms (eg. indu
 ction\, caesarean) \n Early newborn and infant care \n Postpartum care and
  feeding basics \n And lots more! \n \n\n All attendees will receive an an
 nual membership to Cuidiu parent support charity worth €25 www.cuidiu.ie
