DESCRIPTION: Co-hosted by the EU Bar Association \n\n 2 CPD Points (Barrist
ers) 2 General CPD Points (Solicitors) \n\n The ICEL is delighted to host
a short evening conference on Consumer Law\, with leading Irish and intern

protection in debt enforcement. This timely event will hear how the Dutch
courts deal with unfair terms and the obligation on national courts to ca
rry out own motion assessments. \n\n The conference will start at 16:30 an
d finish at 18:30. \n\n Confirmed speakers\, topics and chairs \n\n The Ho
