DESCRIPTION: Schedule \n\n The Explore DDD conference runs Monday\, 14 Sept
 ember 2020 through Friday\, 18 September 2020. \n\n Workshops start at 9am
  each day and finish at 5pm. The 3-day pre-conference workshops start on M
 onday\, and the 2-day workshops start on Tuesday\, with all workshops fini
 shing on Wednesday. You cannot sign up for multiple workshops. The worksho
 p ticket description will indicate the number of days. \n\n The conference
  itself kicks off Wednesday evening with a welcome reception\, followed by
  the opening keynote. Thursday and Friday are two full days of keynotes\, 
 talks\, hands-on sessions\, and a dedicated open space track. \n\n Tickets
  \n\n Workshop and conference tickets need to be purchased separately. Con
 ference tickets do not include access to the pre-conference workshops and 
 workshop tickets do not include access to the conference. Conference and w
 orkshop tickets also do not include accommodation (see below). \n\n Pricin
 g will range from $1\,495 for 2-day workshops (Tue &amp\; Wed) up to $2\,2
 95 for 3-day workshops (Mon-Wed). Workshop tickets will go on sale once th
 e program is announced in early April. \n\n Need an Invoice? Please send u
 s an email and we will be happy to process your request. A $15 administrat
 ive fee will be added to the order. \n\n Accommodation \n\n Staying at Key
 stone Resort enables you to take full advantage of the destination confere
 nce experience. It's a short walk from the conference center. Be sure to b
 ook your room at Keystone Resort at our special discounted rate for attend
 ees of $150 USD per night (excluding taxes and fees). Choose from a room i
 n the Keystone Lodge and Spa or a 1-bedroom condo with a full kitchen. Bri
 nging your family?  Condos with more bedrooms are available.  Our discount
 ed rate is available until August 11. \n\n Refunds \n\n Refunds are availa
 ble until August 14. Refunds incur a 10% administrative fee. Email us to r
 equest a refund. \n\n The Explore DDD 2020 conference is proceeding as pla
 nned. We are continuing to actively monitor the situation with the COVID-1
 9 pandemic. Protecting the safety and well-being of our attendees\, speake
 rs\, sponsors\, volunteers and staff is our number one priority and we wil
 l let you know immediately should anything change. \n\n Should Explore DDD
  2020 need to be cancelled due to travel restrictions or other unfortunate
  conditions resulting from the covid-19 pandemic\, we will refund the full
