DESCRIPTION: This webinar will briefly examine circumstances where an execu
 tor of an estate cannot or will not properly act. It will address the main
  practical triggers for court intervention\, including delay in administra
 tion\, conflicts of interest and situations in which removal\, passing ove
 r and other procedural remedies may be sought. The session will also expla
 in the legal principles governing court intervention and offer guidance on
  selecting the appropriate remedy where administration has stalled. \n\n A
 t the end of the presentation\, participants will: \n\n • Understand the
  principal circumstances in which estate administration breaks down and gi
 ves rise to court intervention. \n\n • Recognise the difference between 
 delay\, conflict\, and other obstacles affecting the proper administration
  of an estate. \n\n • Understand the legal principles relevant to the re
 moval or passing over of an executor. \n\n • Identify when limited grant
 s or other procedural remedies may be used to move administration forward.
