 urts has increased significantly in recent years\, none more so than in th
 e area of Planning and Environmental Law.  \n\n In addition to the special
 ist Planning and Environment Court (which has three judges appointed to it
 ) cases which raise planning\, environment and local government issues reg
 ularly appear in the Judicial Review and Non-Jury lists\, as well as befor
 e the Appellate Courts.  \n\n Against this backdrop\, it is difficult to p
 ractitioners to keep up to date with the most recent developments in the c
 ase law.  \n\n This PELGBA CPD event will provide practitioners with an up
 date on some of the most recent decisions in the area of planning and envi
 ronmental law\, followed by a drinks reception in the Sheds afterward. \n\
 n \n\n 1.5 CPD Points available \n\n This event is open to all \n\n  \nAcc
