 onment Court is something of an amorphous beast. Between the ever changing
  Practice Direction (with further proposed amendments to be introduced in 
 September/October 2025) and the introduction of the new Rules of the Super
 ior Courts in June 2025\, it is incumbent on practitioners to stay on top 
 of what is required of them when practising in the List. \n\n The first PE
 LGBA event of the 2025/2026 legal year will provide a detailed analysis of
  the HC Practise Direction 126 and Order 103 of the Rules of the Superior 
 Courts to assist practitioners gain a comprehensive understanding of the p
 ractice and procedure in the Planning and Environment Court. \n\n \n\n 1.5
