 \nThe Planning\, Environmental and Local Government Bar Association (PELGB
 A) and the Law Society Environmental and Planning Law Committee are deligh
 ted to invite you to a joint CPD event which seeks to bring together barri
 sters and solicitors working the areas of planning and environmental law. 
 The event will cover topics including:\n  \n1. An Introduction to the EU N
 ature Restoration Law \n2. How the Nature Restoration Law is implemented i
 n practice \n3. An update on the emerging legal issues on biodiversity. \n
 \n There will also be the opportunity to mingle with colleagues from acros
 s the legal profession at the drinks reception held in the Sheds bar after
  the event. \n\n After this event it is hoped the attendee will\; \n\n  \n
 * Gain an understanding\, or broaden knowledge\, on the new EU Nature Rest
 oration Law\n* Learn how the EU Nature Restoration Law is being implemente
 d in practice\n* Get an update on emerging legal issues on issues of biodi
