DESCRIPTION: Membership runs from October 2025 to September 2026. \n\n The 
 Probate Bar Association of Ireland (PBA) was launched in July 2019 and is 
 an association of Senior and Junior Counsel\, who are members of the Bar o
 f Ireland. As of 2022 solicitors and other professionals with an interest 
 or expertise in probate/succession law are also welcome to join the associ
 ation as affiliate members. \n\n We specialise and practice in Chancery Pr
 obate\, Succession Law and Trust Litigation\, and have extensive litigatio
 n experience in these areas\, advising and supporting solicitors acting on
  behalf of executors\, beneficiaries and any other interested parties. \n\
 n We believe that communication between families is key to avoiding and/or
  resolving family disputes. We aim to encourage and promote awareness abou
 t communication and proper succession planning. \n\n The Association was f
 ormed to provide a forum for our members to contribute through a collectiv
 e voice to the development of the law in this area of law. We aim to share
  our collective experiences through the forum of the Association for the b
 enefit of the continuing education of the members and for the benefit of t
 hose for whom we act. Through membership of the association\, our members 
 stay up to date and in touch with changes and developments in this highly 
 specialised area of law. \n
