 ill deal with the growing use of content from social media which is adduce
 d to contradict evidence given by a claimant as to their injuries. \n\n Th
 e discussion will centre on:\n \n* Examples of when and how such evidence 
 may be obtained and introduced\; \n\n  \n* Its use in conjunction with an 
 application under section 26\nof the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004\;
  \n\n  \n* The possibility of such evidence being obtained via\ndiscovery.
