 ” \n\n This promises to be an extremely informative and practical\nsemin
 ar. GEMME Ireland is fortunate to have secured two of Ireland's most\nexpe
 rienced mediators to speak at the event. \n\n The seminar will be chaired 
 by The Honourable Ms\nMarguerite Bolger Judge of the High Court and presid
 ent of GEMME Ireland \n\n The panel will consist of:\nCathrina Keville BL 
 \n\n Ms. Cathrina Keville BL is a practising barrister with a special inte
 rest in\nalternative dispute resolution. She is an MII accredited and prac
 tising mediator\, a member of Dublin Community Mediation\, an adjudicator 
 and mediator with the Residential Tenancies Board\, a former Chairperson o
 f the Arbitration and ADR Committee of the Bar Council of Ireland and a le
 cturer on the Kings Inns Advanced Diploma in Mediation. \n\n Bill Holohan 
 SC\, Solicitor \n\n Bill Holohan SC\, Solicitor is a senior and experience
 d legal practitioner who has been actively involved in alternative dispute
  resolution and mediation for many years. He is currently a member of the 
 Civil &amp\; Commercial Committee of the Irish Professional Mediators' Org
 anisation (IPMO) and a member of the Law Society ADR committee. He is pass
 ionate about mediation and as he says himself had “a road to Damascus co
 nversion to it” following 25 years of practice in litigation. He has acc
 umulated invaluable and practical expertise in mediation\, which because o
 f his passion for the process he is only too willing to share with others.

 nces\, talk about "what makes people tick and what makes people thick"\, a
 bout getting people to understand the difference between their subjective 
 perception and objective perspective\, about how you get people to shift t
