DESCRIPTION: This seminar\, co-organised by The Bar of Ireland and Trinity 
 Centre for Constitutional Governance (TriCON)\, will provide an opportunit
 y for discussion of North South cross-border practice and in particular\, 
 the findings of the North South Legal Mapping Project (NSLMap). \n\n In th
 e project\, 20 academics from Ireland and Northern Ireland assessed the sc
 ope of legal convergence and divergence on the island of Ireland\, across 
 eight subject areas\, including administrative law\, employment law\, and 
 health law. \n\n Their Report to the Shared Island Unit in the Department 
 of An Taoiseach identified high-level trends\, explanations\, and areas fo
 r further research. Three members of the NSLMap project will present the R
 eport\; there will then be responses from senior practitioners. \n\n  \nA 
 drinks reception sponsored by TriCON will follow after the seminar conclud
