  of Commerce are hosting this event\, together with the Climate Bar Associ
 ation\, and the South Eastern Circuit. This is the second of a four part s
 eries as part of the Bar of Ireland Year of Natural Justice and aims to re
 ach out to local communities and foster links between business\, the Bar a
 nd civil society. \n\n It will consider the legal rights encompassed in th
 e 1937 Constitution\, with historical reflections on the intentions of the
  drafter\, John Hearne. It will provide knowledge on the legal rights for 
 nature and the environment in other legal systems in countries\naround the
  world. The third speaker will talk about the EU nature restoration law. \
 n\n Drinks Reception at 6.00pm. \n\n This event is open to all. \n\n 1.5 C
