DESCRIPTION: The Construction Bar Association of Ireland (CBA)\, is an asso
 ciation of Irish lawyers\, both solicitors and counsel\, with an interest 
 in construction law and practice. The CBA was established in 2013 to promo
 te knowledge of construction law and construction dispute resolution\, to 
 facilitate the sharing of expertise and to act as a technical and relation
 ship hub for Members in an area where the resolution of disputes is often 
 found outside of the forum of the Courts. The benefits of Membership inclu
 de access to the CBA Tech Talks Programme and the Christmas and Summer Lec
 tures (CPD)\, to the Annual Construction Law Conference and online access 
 to the unique CBA Codex (containing in excess of 90 Member papers on Irish
  construction law and construction dispute resolution in this jurisdiction
 ). \n\n The CBA is an association run by Members for the benefit of its Me
 mbers. If you are a solicitor or barrister with an interest in constructio
 n law we would very much welcome your application to join your colleagues 
 in this fascinating field of practice. \n\n The CBA membership year runs f
 rom October 2024 to October 2025 \n
