  Chair: James Burke BL \n\n Stephen Dowling SC is founder and CEO of Trial
 View - an AI powered platform enabling litigators to prepare and run heari
 ngs. He is also a barrister and commercial silk with over twenty years' ex
 perience in commercial litigation. He is the author of a number\nof texts 
 on commercial litigation practice\, including Commercial Court\, published
  by Thomson Reuters. \n\n Eimear McCann is a former lawyer\, with eleven y
 ears' experience in litigation and contentious work. With six years' exper
 ience in the legal tech industry\, Eimear is\ncurrently Commercial Directo
 r at TrialView. She is also a legal writer\, and lectures on Legal Tech &a
 mp\; Innovation at BPP University.\n \n\n  \nThis event will consider the 
 role that AI can play in construction disputes and whether it\nwill assist
  in construction disputes or is it just another fad. The talk will\nalso l
 ook at how AI can assist in construction disputes. \n\n At the end of the 
 presentation\, participants will\; \n\n \n Understand the key elements of 
 AI and how\nit works and the role it can\nplay in document heavy areas of
