 nd will be of particular importance to younger members appearing before th
 e County Registrars and Circuit Courts nationwide. \n\n At the end of the 
 presentation\, participants will\;\n \n* Understand the key elements of po
 ssession law \n\n  \n* Understand the key elements of practice and procedu
 re\, including practice directions and the Rules. \n\n  \n* Recognise key 
 aspects of the current case law. \n\n  \n* Enable participants to advice o
 n the legal position in terms of creditor and borrower options\, defences\
