 ublin working as a pastry chef at such places as the Michelin-starred Mint
  Restaurant and specialty coffee pioneer 3fe Coffee. She then worked as th
 e head pastry chef at Le Comptoir de la Gastronomie in Paris.\nBankert ope
 ned Boneshaker\, an entirely plant-based bakery\, in Paris’s 2nd arrondi
 ssement in 2016. As well as that\, Amanda is renowned for her years of wor
 k in iconic food spots such as Mint\, Joburger\, Mamas kitchen and Cake Ca
 fe to name a few! \n\n From 7pm\, guests can look forward to meeting Amand
 a\, who will be signing copies of her new book and we will enjoy treats an
 d refreshments straight from the pages of her recipes. All ticket holders 
 will receive a copy of Voila Vegan on arrival\, with a Q&amp\;A session ta
 king place on the night. \n\n This will be a wonderful evening to be a par
 t of as Amanda will share with us her experiences as one of Europes top pa
 stry chefs and one of the most interesting business people we have known i
 n our industry. \n
